- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- A receipt or order number is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Used or opened products that no longer meet resale standards.
3. Return Process

- Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to us via a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Refund Processing: After receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or delivering a damaged product.
8. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes. We do not refund these additional charges.
